AHS Implant Card Download
Step By Step Instructions
Navigate to the My Atlantic Portal at https://MyAtlantic.AtlanticHealt.org, and log on.
*If you used MyChart before, know that this portal uses the same mobile number, username and password as your MyChart.
New, unregistered users should follow on screen instructions to log on.
Once you are logged on, scroll down to Digital Implant Card and select it.
Find your implant(s). Look for Device ID or Device Model
Scroll to the right to see the down arrow if needed to expand this section
Scroll further down to find and press the Add to Apple or Google Wallet button
